UAE work permit application Procedure

Visa for Employment Entry

The pink visa is another name for the UAE job admission visa. The employer must submit a visa quota application on the employee’s behalf in order to start the work visa application procedure. The Ministry of Labor, sometimes known as the MOL, will approve this.

Next, the employer must provide the MOL with an employment contract. The contract must be signed by the employee.

Before awarding an employment entrance visa, the Ministry must first approve the application for a work permit. After acquiring the visa and work authorization, the foreign employee has two months to travel to the United Arab Emirates.

After landing in the UAE on a pink visa, the employee has sixty days to apply for a legitimate work permit and resident visa.
